 | Application for Tenancy |
Prior to applying for a residential rental property, you or a family member/friend must have conducted an internal inspection of the property. Should you then wish to apply, please download and print the Application for Tenancy . The Application Form must be completed in full, with telephone numbers for references being day time contacts and you will also note that there is required documentation - failure to supply all the relevant information may result in your application not being accepted.
|
 | Application for Tenancy - Guarantor |
Should this be your first time renting or you have a blemished rental
history, we recommend that you obtain a Guarantor. As a Guarantor, they
will be responsible for ensuring the bond is paid in full prior to a
tenancy commencing, making sure rent is being paid on time, checking
the care of the property and ensuring the property is left to a
suitable standard upon vacation. Full responsibility still lies with
the tenant/s, however should the tenant/s not fulfil their obligations,
the Guarantor will need to fulfil these requirements.

a Tenancy Application Form when this form is submitted. When tenant/s

There are minimum notice periods required. Please contact our office or visit the RTA website (www.rta.qld.gov.au) for further clarification.
|
 | Tenant Cleaning Guide |
This form will be provided to you once notice has been given that you will be vacating the property. The Tenant Cleaning Guide clearly states your requirements on vacation. To avoid cleaning charges and unnecessary deductions from your bond, it would be in your best interest to ensure the items stated are attended to before returning the keys/vacating the property.
