"Although you have not asked us for a reference in relation to property management, we felt that we should write to you. Over a period of seven years we have rented out 2 houses in Toowoomba and during that time 4 different agents have managed the properties for us at different times. The level of service from the first 3 agents was extremely poor - unprofessional to say the least, despite being the prominent names in town. When we contacted RE/MAX to take over the management, we were resigned to all Toowoomba agents being the same. That we would stay with RE/MAX until the level of service became impossible, or non-existent as it had with the owners, and then we would mot onto the next one.
